Our Annual Conference is scheduled for April 16-19, 2023 at The Henderson Beach Resort in Destin, FL .

It's time for our Annual Conference. We are using a new service this year to register for the conference. We are using Cvent which will require everyone to register first before receiving the hotel link. You will need to use the link to make your hotel reservations. Also we are requiring credit card payments this year instead of everyone submitting checks. Hopefully this helps everyone.
We will be offering an in person and virtual conference this year. We encourage everyone to attend in person if possible due to us having to meet our quota for the hotel. We will again be having our normal vendor showcase and we will be offering speed dating again this year. This is where attendees will sit at a table and vendors come around and discuss their products with a small group during certain times. If the attendee participates in this then they would be eligible to receive a gift. This will only be offered to onsite attendees.
I have attached the tentative agenda for everyone. It is going to be a great conference. Come prepared with your questions for everyone!
We have shifted the conference start times on Monday to allow everyone to get out a little early and enjoy the area. A new event we will be holding is BBQ and Bingo on Sunday night, since the majority of us will be coming in on Sunday night. This will be a time for us to enjoy the outdoors before the conference starts. If you plan to participate please bring a $25 gift (non bank specific, no bank logos) for each person to participate. We will have a BBQ and play Bingo on the Grand Lawn. You will register for this during the registration process.
We will also be using the Cvent live app to place all the materials on prior to the conference. Further information will be coming regarding this feature.

We will have 3 sponsorship levels for vendors. Please pay close attention to what each one of them offers.
SILVER LEVEL - $750

GOLD LEVEL - $1500

On Sunday, April 16th we will be hosting BBQ and Bingo on the Grand Lawn (Weather Permitting). Each person that would like to participate will need to bring a $25 (non bank specific, no logos) gift for bingo. We will enjoy each others company during this time before the conference. If you would like to help sponsor this event please mark below and you will be invoiced $500. You will be recognized during the event and will receive the attendee list prior to the conference.
